| Tig’s
specialty is residential retreats. He has catered for many over
the years ranging from two to ten days in length at a variety
of venues.
His clients include Isaac Shapiro, Bernie Pryor, Paul Lowe, Indivar,
Persephone Arbour, Jonathan Kester, Pathways, Rhythmsong and various
Yoga groups to name but a few.
Tig has worked at retreat centres throughout Western Australia
including centres at Toodyay, Serpentine, Jarradale, Albany and
Ballingup.
Tig charges $35 per head per day which includes all meals as
well as light refreshments throughout the day. He can cater for
between 10 and 60 participants.
Gyan Godfrey the co-ordinator of Rhythmsong (pictured above)
said this of Tig's catering:
"Tig has been the caterer at our last three RhythmSong music
camps. His cooking has been an absolute treat and is now a drawcard
for people coming to the camp. He has a talent for taking simple
fresh ingredients and turning them into a feast. This is no easy
task when cooking for a group of fifty people. I would totally
recommend him as a caterer for small or large groups. "
Rachel Hore singer/songwriter and guest presenter at Rhythmsong
2007 said,
"Tig's catering is as though it is for a dinner party, not
for a large group of people."
